The honest way to read this page is to compare it to the alternative you are already living with. Most agents coordinate their own files. That is not free — it is the hours on every file spent reading contracts, rebuilding dates after an addendum, chasing a lender who has not responded, and writing the same emails you wrote on the last deal. It is just unbilled, and it comes out of the hours you would otherwise spend on the thing only you can do, which is finding and advising clients.
The plan is priced against that work, so it helps to see what the work looks like on a file. A contract arrives and the file is built from it, with every date the agreement sets. An addendum moves the closing, and the closing date and the pre-closing emails that hang off it move too, and so does the possession date unless it was set separately, by the contract or by hand; if the acceptance date itself changes, the deadlines counted from it are recounted. Documents are audited for missing signatures, missing initials, and disclosures left half-answered. Emails are drafted in your voice, to the right recipients, and wait for your approval. When a document is ambiguous, you get a question rather than a field filled in wrong.
AI usage is included up to a monthly allowance worth half your plan price, shown in your account as credits, so using the AI does not add a usage charge to your bill. If an account uses up its included credits, the included AI pauses until your plan renews. You are never charged for more automatically; on an active subscription you can choose to buy an optional top-up where it is offered.
Picking between the plans comes down to who does the coordinating. Solo is one agent whose files CloudCoord runs, with that agent approving every draft. Team puts one coordinator over the whole group: the coordinator sees every team deal and owns the review queue, and the agents keep their own deals. A seat is an agent with a login, and coordinators do not use one, so a team can put its coordinator on the account without paying for the privilege.
