AI Coordinator FAQ

Questions before you
replace the TC seat.

Answers about using CloudCoord as an AI closing coordinator: what it does, what still needs approval, how pricing works, and how sensitive files are protected.

rocket_launchGetting Started

CloudCoord is your AI closing coordinator: an AI employee for real estate files. It reads contracts, tracks deadlines, audits documents, prepares communications, and keeps the file moving without adding another coordinator to payroll.

Yes, that is the goal. CloudCoord is built to take on the coordinator seat: reading contracts, tracking deadlines, routing communications, auditing documents for compliance, and keeping the file moving. Solo plans start at $149/month and team plans start at $499/month for up to 10 agents, roughly one-tenth of a traditional full-time coordinator seat for many teams.

Most real estate tools are dashboards. They give you a place to track transactions, but you still do the coordination. CloudCoord is different because it performs the coordinator work: reading purchase and sale agreements, extracting key dates and parties, tracking deadlines, drafting communications, and flagging compliance issues so the agent can approve the next step.

No. If you can upload a PDF and check your email, you can use CloudCoord. The system reads your contracts, identifies the deadlines, and tells you what needs to happen next.

Visit cloudcoordinator.io, choose a plan, and you can have your first transaction in the system the same day.

CloudCoord works with purchase and sale agreements, addendums, lead paint disclosures, closing disclosures, and other core transaction documents. It is focused on the hard transaction data a closing coordinator handles — not inspection reports or ancillary documents.

CloudCoord alerts you before deadlines are due, not after. The file stays watched starting 3 days before a deadline is due. If the deadline is not marked as satisfied, you receive follow-up until it is resolved.

No. CloudCoord coordinates the process and flags compliance issues, but it is not a licensed attorney and does not provide legal advice. Your attorney or title company remains the legal authority on your transaction.

CloudCoord drafts communications to attorneys, title companies, lenders, and other transaction parties. Drafts are created directly in your Gmail account so you can review and send from your own inbox — or approve them in the app and let CloudCoord send automatically.

Yes. Connect your Gmail account and CloudCoord will read incoming transaction emails, update your file automatically, and draft outbound communications directly in your Gmail drafts folder so you never have to leave your inbox.

paymentsBilling & Plans

CloudCoord is billed monthly. Individual agents start at $149/month. Teams of up to 10 agents start at $499/month. High-touch onboarding and usage-based volume are reviewed before launch so pricing reflects how many active files the system is coordinating.

Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel from your account settings at any time.

verified_userSecurity

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each agent’s transactions are fully isolated — no other user can see your deals. We do not use your data to train AI models. See our Security page for full details.

Only you and team members you explicitly add. Anthropic (our AI provider) processes documents transiently and does not store or train on your data.
