Activating your workflow does not approve emails for sending: every outgoing email still needs your approval.

CloudCoord works with purchase and sale agreements, addendums, lead paint disclosures, closing disclosures, and other core transaction documents. It is focused on the hard transaction data a transaction coordinator handles — not inspection reports or ancillary documents.

CloudCoord is built to surface deadlines early rather than after the fact: it extracts dates from the contract, and once a deadline is within three days it raises it in your queue and keeps raising it until you mark it satisfied. Treat that as a second set of eyes, not a substitute for your own. Extracted dates can be wrong or missing, and reminders depend on your Gmail connection staying active, so tracking and meeting every deadline remains your responsibility.

No. CloudCoord coordinates the process and flags compliance issues, but it is not a licensed attorney and does not provide legal advice. Your attorney or title company remains the legal authority on your transaction.

CloudCoord drafts communications to attorneys, title companies, lenders, and other transaction parties. Drafts are created directly in your Gmail account so you can review and send from your own inbox — or approve them in the app and let CloudCoord send automatically.

Yes. Connect your Gmail account and CloudCoord will read incoming transaction emails, update your file automatically, and draft outbound communications directly in your Gmail drafts folder so you never have to leave your inbox.

CloudCoord is billed monthly. Individual agents pay $149/month and teams of up to 10 agents pay $499/month: no per-file fees and no onboarding fee. Past ten agents, each additional agent is $40/month, metered rather than blocked. Every plan starts with a two-week free trial, and guided workflow setup for your state and firm is included.

Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel from your account settings at any time.

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each agent’s transactions are fully isolated — no other user can see your deals. We do not use your data to train AI models, and CloudCoord’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Only you and team members you explicitly add. Our AI providers, OpenAI and Anthropic (our backup), do not train on your data, and generally keep API inputs and outputs for no more than 30 days (see our Privacy Policy for the exceptions).
