Your transaction file updates itself
Deals change. An addendum moves the closing date, financing slips, a walkthrough gets rescheduled. CloudCoord reads inbound amendments the moment they arrive, matches them to the right transaction, updates every affected date, and reschedules the reminders that depend on them, all written to an immutable activity log.

Addendum #2: closing date.pdf

Change detected
Inbound addenda are read and matched to the right transaction automatically, with a confidence score.
Deadlines reschedule
Move the closing date and every dependent date (financing, walkthrough, utility cutover) moves with it.
Immutable log
Every change is written to a tamper-proof activity trail: who, what, when, and from which document.
How it works
Step by step
- 01
It reads the amendment, not just files it
When an addendum arrives (say, one that pushes the closing date), CloudCoord extracts the change (Jul 18 → Aug 1), matches it to the correct property with a confidence score, and updates the file.
The change shows up as a struck-through old value next to the new one, so it's obvious what moved.
- 02
Dependent deadlines move automatically
Reschedule a closing and the financing deadline, the final walkthrough, and the utility-cutover reminder all shift with it. There's no spreadsheet to update and no recalculation to forget.
The deadlines CloudCoord was already watching simply re-anchor to the new dates.
- 03
A tamper-proof activity log
Every edit is written to an append-only activity log enforced at the database layer, recording who changed what, when, and from which document. Even CloudCoord's own systems can't rewrite or delete a log entry.
It's the backbone for compliance and dispute defense, and it means a reconstructed timeline of the deal is always one click away.
