How it works
It reads the amendment, not just files it
When an addendum arrives — say, one that pushes the closing date — CloudCoord extracts the change (Jul 18 → Aug 1), matches it to the correct property with a confidence score, and updates the file.
The change shows up as a struck-through old value next to the new one, so it's obvious what moved.
Dependent deadlines move automatically
Reschedule a closing and the financing deadline, the final walkthrough, and the utility-cutover reminder all shift with it. There's no spreadsheet to update and no recalculation to forget.

A tamper-proof activity log
Every edit is written to an append-only activity log enforced at the database layer — recording who changed what, when, and from which document. Even CloudCoord's own systems can't rewrite or delete a log entry.
